Steps for membership application to the Fox Hills Golf Club

1. Please download and print the membership application form
2. Fill in the details required
3. Bring it in person to the Club Reception
4. Please note that a membership card can only be issued to the person named on the
5. application form and photo identification must be shown at time of application.
